Yoga

Yoga is a path of self discovery, a journey meant to differentiate yet connect your everyday self, your physical body and personality, with a deeper, true or Universal Self. It involves deep exploration, confrontation of limitations (real and perceived), and deliverance from contact with pain and sorrow as you experience and embrace the truth of who you are. Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of age, ability, or yoga experience. Your yoga educator will help you take your practice where you’d like it to go. Please let us know if you have any questions or physical limitations as we will provide appropriate recommendations and options. Please remember, it’s YOUR practice. It is essential that you listen to your own body and adjust the class to fit your needs. The best teacher lies within you.

Hatha Yoga


We are radiant, beautiful beings with an essence of love and peace. Join us to test the depths of your patience, grace, strength, balance, and flexibility. Through Hatha Yoga, you will not only learn the magic of your breath but will also become an expert in manipulating the body to attain peace of mind. Each class concludes with relaxation and time for meditation.   $8 /class

Gentle Yoga


This class emphasizes optimal alignment of the spine through gentle movement, stretching, and strengthening of the musculature that supports the body. Self—care is the best health care! Expect to end the practice with deep relaxation. You will leave this class feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and rested.   $8 /class

Vinyassa Yoga


Stepping onto your mat, you will lengthen and strengthen your muscles and invigorate your body and mind This flowing class consists of a combination of poses that will strengthen your ability to transition from one situation to another both on and off your mat. Music, meditation, and humor are intertwined to create a full experience and send you away energized for the rest of your day.   $8 /class

Open Yoga


Vibrant Lives is open from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Open yoga is just that— an open space for you to do your practice. Please expect to share this space with others but to guide yourself through your own practice. There will NOT be an instructor on site.
